Freight Shipments
Large and heavy items may ship via LTL freight carrier.
For freight deliveries:
- Someone must be available to receive the shipment
- Liftgate service is included
- Delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged
Delivery Time

- United States: 5–12 business days

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately
- Keep all packaging materials
